At NAVAN AUTOPRO, we created this program to create an amazing customer experience. Our Concierge Services provide our customers with a service experience that is rare in the automotive industry. The goal of these services is to enhance your service experience with us by removing any worry about your vehicle. All these services are free of charge, although some conditions do apply. By being a NAVAN AUTOPRO customer, you will benefit from:

• One year/ 20,000 km parts and labour renewable warranty
• Ten year / 400,000 km no-charge power train warranty (some conditions apply)
• 6-month roadside assistance (fees apply)
• New vehicle warranty managing services
• Appointment scheduling at dealership for warranty services
• Courtesy vehicles (4 available, fees may apply)
• Storybook invoicing
• Complementary 22-point vehicle inspection (maintenance and safety)
• Windshield fluid fill-up (every time)
• Consulting for vehicle purchasing and sale (we help our customers make the right decisions)
• Valet check-out service (you drive off from the front door)
• New appointments that fit your schedule
• Automated reminders from NAVAN AUTOPRO
• Online invoice history (view your entire vehicle history online)
